Why is the shelf life only 8 months even though it's freeze-dried?

While freeze-drying removes most of the moisture, environmental factors like humidity—especially in the Philippines—can affect the product over time. Once opened, exposure to air and moisture can cause slight texture changes. To keep your treats fresh, store them in a cool, dry place and reseal the bag properly after each use!

Why are some Nibbly Bites easily crushable while others aren’t?

Different meats and veggies have different densities, which can affect how firm or crumbly the bites turn out after freeze-drying.
